Our most recent CQC inspection was completed in March 2020, the results of which stated Lovehands Care Services as being compliant. The inspection consisted of a short period notice of the inspection to ensure people had an opportunity to consent to a home visit or a telephone call from an inspector. The inspector visited and spoke to both staff and clients and or service was rated good in all 5 key lines of inquiries.
